Living Well Together Series
Did you make a “New Year’s resolution" to: take better care of yourself? to get better organized with papers? work on your finances? or to get healthy? If so, we have just the series of educational programs that are being hosted by K-State Research and Extension Family and Consumer Science agents in the NE Area Region.
“Living Well Together” offers free online seminars that are designed to enhance Kansans’ time at home, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic when many of us are home more than usual. Anyone is welcome to join in on any of these sessions as they will be held every Thursday evening beginning at 6:45 p.m. and will last about 45 minutes, with 15 minutes left for questions. These programs are “free,” but registrations are required. These sessions will be held from January 7 through March 25, with a variety of topics being offered.
February 25, 6:45 p.m. -- Living Well With Diabetes - Diabetes is a common, costly, and serious disease. Let's discuss how diabetes can be delayed, controlled, and even prevented.
*Sessions will be conducted in Central Time and will be recorded for later viewing. Once you are registered, a Zoom link will be sent to the registrant’s email address.
