We are here to provide you with the information you need about food, food safety, nutrition, health, and physical activity! Did you know that 32% of US adults aged 18 years and older are obese and 40% and 21% of consume fruit and vegetables less than one time daily?! We recognize it is important that you have the resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to prepare nutritious and affordable meals and have the tools to make lasting changes for better health.

The Nutrition, Food Safety and Health Agent and the Extension Master Food Volunteers provide educational sessions on a variety of topics.
