Four-Course Living: A Recipe for Success

The Four-Course Living program offered by Johnson County Extension works with adults with developmental disabilities to discover the importance of good nutrition, safety, planning, and preparation through a series of hands-on cooking classes. Our classes are designed to meet the participants’ individual needs to help them succeed at living a healthy, cost effective, and independent life.

The Four-Course Living program is supported through Arcare, Inc. charitable fund.

Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to learn more about the program.
