Learn the basics of a variety of food preservation methods from water bath and pressure canning to dehydrating, freezing, and more. This class will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to start preserving your food. Participants can bring your dial pressure canner lids and get them tested for free to ensure they are accurate! Please note, this class does not have any hands on cooking. Come learn the essential elements to water bath  and pressure canning and which method is best for certain types of foods.
