**Tips for writing a great thank you note**

Conference Judging Sign-ups
The sign-up system will open July 14 at 9 a.m. and close July 26 at 11:59 p.m.
*Please click on the tab of the department you need a time slot for and select one of the listed times. Pay close attention to the DATE of judging for each department, as they are spread over a few different dates.
*For Mobile Devices: If you are using a mobile device make ABSOLUTE sure that you have correctly selected the department from the options and press the GO button.

Barnyard Olympics
July 31 at 9 p.m. or immediately following the 4-H Project Auction in the Livestock Pavilion
This event is a timed, barnyard-themed obstacle course and is open to everyone! Teams must have four members and 4-H membership is not a requirement. Team sign-ups and a $10 team entry fee will be collected at the 4-H Ambassador Booth before the event. 100% of the entry fee goes towards scholarships for Johnson County 4-H’ers to attend state events and camps, and for the promotion of the 4-H program throughout the county.
