The K-State University Extension, Johnson County Master Naturalists, in association with Monarch Watch, are hosting a free, family-friendly Pollinator Event to say "hasta luego" to the magnificent Monarch butterfly!

• 'Monarch Watch' demonstrations, including tagging and releasing monarchs.
• Effects of Nighttime Light Pollution and Bats by DarkSky Missouri
• Rain Barrels with Johnson County Stormwater Management's Contain the Rain
• Composting with Compost Collective KC
• Caterpillar Wonders with Johnson County K-State University Extension Master Gardeners
• Exhibits by Johnson County K-State University Extension Master Naturalists to include milkweed, native plants, invasive species, water quality, food forest permaculture, nature's night shift and more!
• Games!
• Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens
• KU Natural History Museum
• Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks
