Personal History/Background

Paden grew up in De Soto, right on the Johnson County line. After high school, Paden attended Kansas State University to pursue dual degrees in Strategic Communications and Spanish. Throughout his collegiate career, Paden held various communications positions in the finance, entertainment, and public service industry, as well as serving as the Vice President of Communications for his fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi, for three years. 

Paden's passion for working with communities led him back home to Johnson County, working under his alma mater at the Johnson County K-State Research and Extension office as the Communications Manager.
